Qantas Extends Gift Voucher Expiry

Buying a present can be a stressful experience, we all have that one person that is hard to buy for and your left running around at the last minute trying to find a present.

Gift vouchers are perfect for any occasion such as Birthdays, Weddings, Christmas and even just a way to thank you to someone. There are so many reasons as to why we feel the need to give someone a small reward.

Qantas has announced that they are extending the expiry for all gift vouchers purchased of their website, but only for purchased after the 31st March 2018. Vouchers purchased after this date are valid for three years, compared to the previously offered 12 months.

Unfortunately, at this point in time qantas do not have any bonus point offers available to the person who purchases the gift voucher.

For any vouchers that are partially redeemed, a secondary voucher will be issued with the remaining amount. However, if the balance is under $2.00AUD or less a voucher will not be issued. Gift vouchers are old redeemable at, and can be used for one-way or return flights anywhere on the Qantas network as long as the flight is departing Australia.

Vouchers are non-refundable and are old sold in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are wanting to use multiple vouchers per booking, unfortunately there can only one voucher can be used per booking. The expiry date will be clearly printed on the gift voucher when it is issued.
