Late last month Emirates announced that they have expanded their travel and lifestyle partnerships, offering their customers greater convenience when visiting Dubai. The Middle-Eastern carrier has partnered with the popular ride-sharing service Uber. Emirates are not the only airline in the world parting with the ever growing ride-sharing service. Qantas Airways already offer their passengers frequent flyer points for using Uber when travelling to and from the airport, but only when booking directly via the Qantas App. As always, Emirates always go one step further with their partnerships.

Passengers travelling on any Emirates operated flight from Australia, South Africa, Egypt, France and Saudi Arabia will be offered special Uber rates once they have landed in Dubai.
